As a General Office Assistant at KPCA, you will play a vital role in enhancing organizational efficiency by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your contributions will directly impact team productivity and the overall effectiveness of our office environment.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate and manage daily office operations to ensure a productive work environment, leading to a 15% increase in overall team efficiency.
  • Process and track incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely responses to improve communication flow by 20%.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems to enhance document retrieval speed by 30%.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars to ensure optimal use of team time.
  • Support the preparation of reports and presentations, contributing to a 25% reduction in preparation time.
  • Conduct basic office supply inventory management, driving cost savings through efficient resource allocation.
  • Assist HR with onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees and reducing onboarding time by 10%.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an office environment, with a minimum of 1-2 years in an administrative role.
