Shift8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with some occasional evenings to support campus activities.
Minimum Qualifications- A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least four (4) years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook).
- Experience working in higher education.
- Demonstrated discretion, sound judgment, and the ability tomanage highly confidential and sensitive information.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively.
- Proven ability to independently manage projects from initiation through completion while exercising good judgment and decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as acollaborative member of a high-performing team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges.
- Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills.
The anticipated starting hiring range for this position has been established as $55,000 - $61,000 annually.
Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s particular combination of education,skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
