Mobile Service Technician

Northtowne Lincoln is hiring a Mobile Service Technician to support our growing service operation. This role is ideal for an automotive service technician who enjoys working independently, interacting with customers, and performing maintenance and light repair work outside the traditional shop environment.

As a Mobile Service Technician, you’ll travel in a company-provided service vehicle to customer homes and workplaces to complete routine maintenance, recalls, and basic repairs while delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Perform mobile automotive maintenance and light repairs per repair orders
• Travel to customer locations using a dealership-provided mobile service vehicle
• Deliver a professional, customer-first service experience
• Prepare daily schedules and manage appointments efficiently
• Communicate clearly with the Parts Department and Service Advisors
• Accurately document all work completed in the dealership system
• Follow Lincoln and Ford repair procedures and technical guidelines
• Stay current with manufacturer training and service bulletins
• Operate and maintain the mobile service vehicle responsibly
• Work outdoors and in varying weather conditions as needed

• Automotive service technician experience preferred (mobile experience not required)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• ASE or manufacturer certifications are a plus
• Ford or Lincoln certification preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and diagnostic tools
• Professional communication skills and a positive attitude
