Parts​/Shop assistant

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Parts/Shop Assistant to join our team at Luther Mazda of Kansas City. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery and distribution of parts within the shop and to other locations, while providing support to our technicians with various tasks to keep the shop running efficiently.

• Make timely and accurate parts deliveries to other shops and departments as needed.
• Retrieve parts from the parts room and deliver them directly to technicians in the service bays.
• Assist technicians with miscellaneous needs within the shop to support their workflow.
• Maintain an organized and clean parts area to facilitate easy access and inventory management.
• Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure parts and supplies are available when needed.

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift moderate weight and perform physical tasks required in a busy shop environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Previous experience in an automotive parts or service role is a plus but not required.
