Procurement Manager (Indirect Categories)###
** Core Focus:
Indirect Procurement
** The primary focus of this role is the end-to-end management of
** Indirect Procurement
** categories. You will be responsible for driving value and operational excellence across specialized spend areas, with a particular emphasis on
** Marketing, Brand Activations, and Fleet Management.**###
** Key Responsibilities
**** Develop and Implement Sourcing Strategies:
*** Collaborate with cross-functional teams (specifically Marketing and Logistics) to understand business requirements and develop strategic sourcing strategies.
* Design category-specific strategies for
** Marketing services, experiential Activations, and Fleet leasing/maintenance.
*** Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with service providers.
** Supplier Relationship Management:
*** Build and maintain strong relationships with key indirect suppliers and agency partners.
* Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement improvement plans to ensure high-quality service delivery.
** Market Analysis:
*** Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies within the marketing and automotive sectors.
* Analyze market intelligence to identify potential risks and opportunities for indirect spend optimization.
** Contract Negotiation:
*** Lead contract negotiations with agencies, vendors, and fleet providers to secure advantageous terms.
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, specifically regarding Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and usage rights.
** Cost Management:
*** Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality and brand standards.
* Monitor and control procurement costs across indirect categories to optimize departmental efficiency.

*** Identify and assess potential risks in the indirect supply chain (e.g., vendor solvency, compliance, or vehicle lead times).
* Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
