We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Sales Analyst to support our Sales and Operations teams with data-driven insights that fuel revenue growth and operational excellence. This role plays a critical part in translating complex data into actionable strategies, strengthening customer relationships, and improving overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare comprehensive customer business reviews, including compelling, data-driven presentations.
  • Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling to support business decisions.
  • Identify trends and patterns in large data sets; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to support Sales and Operations.
  • Manage the flow of new sales leads, including new customer onboarding processes.
  • Conduct business audits of new and existing customer accounts to ensure accuracy, profitability, and alignment.
Preferred Experience & Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience supporting a sales team in an analytical or sales operations capacity.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google platforms, particularly Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert data into meaningful insights and drive action.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
