** Join Our Team in the Prepared Foods Division as a Administrator Accounting
** As the go-to person for specific financial reporting and related tasks, you will work with all levels of the plant management team. This is a multi-tasking environment where your attention to detail can really shine and make a difference. Cross-training will be done in areas assigned by the Controller to include daily production posting and line efficiency analysis. Hours of work will be determined by the workload necessary on different days of the accounting period.

* SUMMARY:

**. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Payroll and Accounting Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll functions efficiently while also providing accounting support to the Plant Controller. Additionally, you  oversee employee supply processes and assist in various plant management tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

** Responsibilities**:

*** Perform miscellaneous tasks such as records retention, entering PO receiving in SAP/Coupa, and supporting HR with plant activities.
* Manage employee supply processes, including inventory and ordering of office supplies, and employee sales.
* Undertake other duties and projects as assigned.
** REQUIREMENTS****:*

* Education:

High School diploma or equivalent.

* Experience:

3+ years payroll experience preferred.
* Computer

Skills:

Requires basic computer skills including using a Tyson Business Computer System as well as Microsoft Office & Excel, SAP Preferred.
* Communication

Skills:

Requires written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of management. Work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities, evaluating results, and coordinating with others. Assignments are defined and the approach to be taken is usually determined in coordination with others.

* Must reside in the United States to be considered.
