In questo momento siamo alla ricerca di un/a:
** Business Analyst
**** Role Purpose & Mission
** As a Business Analyst, you will serve as the operational and strategic point of reference supporting the department head. Your mission is to work alongside the
* Head of Financial Planning & Sourcing*, assisting in the transformation of data into actionable insights and acting as a facilitator for the change processes required to maintain the company’s competitive edge.
** Reporting & Team Structure
** You will work in close collaboration with the Head of Financial Planning & Sourcing, providing direct support within a dynamic team of three. This lean structure offers high visibility into decision-making processes and the opportunity to make a tangible contribution to corporate strategy under the function’s leadership.
** Key Responsibilities**
* ** Financial Planning Support:
** Assist the department head in leading the annual budget process by managing the preparation of P&L and balance sheet forecasting models.
* ** Corporate Reporting Facilitation:
** Oversee the operational preparation of periodic reporting packages for International Headquarters, ensuring full alignment with the manager’s guidelines.
* ** Performance Monitoring:
** Prepare P&L analyses and build the data foundation for monthly variance analysis, supporting the department head in identifying discrepancies and emerging trends.
* ** Operational Business Partnering:
** Act as a liaison for various departments, supporting them in performance tracking and in developing frameworks for new projects and business plans, in accordance with the objectives defined by the head of the department
** Requirements
* *
* Education:
Degree in Economics or Finance
* Experience:
5+ years in a similar role (Multinationals or Big 4 experience preferred)
* Languages:
Full professional proficiency in English
* Tech Stack:
Advanced Excel (Office 365) and Power BI
** Soft Skills
*** Analytical Mindset & Change Agility
* Strong Influencing & Communication skills
