Key Responsibilities- Customer Advocacy: Serve as the primary liaison for strategic accounts, ensuring prompt responses to all requests and facilitating long‑term engagement.
- Strategic Growth: Review customer orders, changes, and Requests for Quotes (RFQs) to identify opportunities for expanded service and revenue.
- Operational Liaison: Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure "on‑time and cost‑effective" delivery of products.
- Performance Metrics: Compile and review customer financial and delivery performance data; provide leadership with 30-, 60-, and 90‑day revenue projections.
- Project Oversight: Manage the lifecycle of customer programs, from initial quote to final delivery, ensuring WIP (Work in Progress) targets and quality standards are met.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in weekly production meetings to identify "at‑risk" programs and propose proactive solutions.
- Industry Expertise: 5+ years of experience within the Aerospace industry is preferred.
- Technical Literacy: Must have experience in both machining or distribution environments.
- Systems
Experience:
5+ years working with ERP systems (Epicor preferred) and a strong command of MS Office 365. - Business Acumen: A deep understanding of procurement, quoting activities, and project management.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills with a "can-do" attitude.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Compliance: Due to ITAR regulations, applicants must be U.S. Persons (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident).
