• Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play, all within The Little Gym's unique learning environment.
• Teach classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we’ll teach you how!).
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
• Resume consideration encouraged; we want to see how you present yourself.
• Must be able to lift 50-60 pounds on a regular basis.

• Be able to create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children in each class.
• Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – every week.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm for having fun, playing with kids, and moving; a background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful.
• Strong customer-service mindset; ability to engage both children and their parents.
• Resumes are encouraged to showcase experience.

• You love having fun, like giving high fives, and can play like a child while knowing when to focus and work.
• Ability to create a safe, supportive environment and maintain professional boundaries.

Compensation: $8.00 - $12.00 per hour

All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchise, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of that franchise.
