Construction Project Manager - Data Center

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, precise coordination, and the ability to maintain safety, quality, and budget across multiple active projects.

• Coordinate crews and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Establish project budgets, schedules, and quality standards—and ensure ongoing adherence.
• Oversee complete project setup, including labor planning, cost tracking, and documentation.
• Maintain strict compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety practices.
• Drive overall project performance with a focus on quality, efficiency, and profitability.
• Prepare, assist with, and review all project billing activities.

• 5+ years overseeing and delivering construction projects.
• Track record of successfully managing projects valued at $5M or higher.
• Experience with BIM tools and coordination processes.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and lead diverse project teams.
• Skilled in developing productive relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Proficient with construction project management software and digital workflows.
• Strong planner with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
