Aboutthe Role
Involved early: pre-development, not just construction
Exposure to full lifecycle: entitlements, design, budgeting, construction, delivery
Expected to think like an owner — not just manage tasks
Responsibilities- Lead projects from pre-development through completion and stabilization
- Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Partner with development and asset management teams
- Contribute to design development, budgeting, and feasibility
- Manage schedules, costs, and project risk
- Ensure alignment with long-term investment and value creation goals
- 5–7 years in real estate development or project management
- Exposure to the full development lifecycle (not just construction execution)
- Experience with design coordination and construction oversight
- Pre-development or entitlement experience is a plus
- Ability to think beyond task execution and understand the full deal
- Comfortable in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong communicator; able to work across internal and external stakeholders
- Performance-based bonus
- Clear path toward expanded responsibility on the development side
