Responsibilities Operate track hoe (excavator) equipment for trenching, mass excavation, and site development
Excavate for utilities, foundations, drainage, and structures
Load trucks and place materials as directed
Work closely with foremen, laborers, and other equipment operators
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
Follow grade stakes, blueprints, and site plans
Adhere to all safety policies, including OSHA and company standards
Qualifications2+ years of experience operating excavators / track hoes Heavy civil, utility, or earthwork experience strongly preferred
Ability to work around underground utilities and tight job site conditions
Strong understanding of job site safety and excavation practices
Valid driver’s license required
Physical Requirements Ability to operate equipment for extended periods
Ability to climb, balance, and maintain control of machinery
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
