What You’ll Do Project Planning & Execution- Plan, schedule, and oversee traffic control and striping projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with field leadership (Foremen, General Foremen) to ensure efficient execution
- Attend preconstruction meetings and ensure alignment on project scope and expectations
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery
- Review bid specifications, drawings, and contracts
- Assist in preparing estimates and project scopes
- Support bidding efforts to drive revenue growth
- Track job costs including labor, materials, and overall project performance
- Support monthly job cost reviews and reporting
- Coordinate billing and ensure proper documentation of change orders
- Manage RFIs, RFCs, and ASIs throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain accurate records in project management systems and shared drives
- Communicate updates and changes clearly to internal teams and clients
- Coordinate material procurement and inventory needs
- Manage workforce scheduling and approve timecards
- Support safe and organized yard and warehouse operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Ensure satisfaction before, during, and after project completion
- Lead project closeouts and gather client feedback
- Partner with leadership on team development and performance
- Represent our client at industry and networking events
- Identify opportunities for future business growth
- 5+ years of construction project management experience (or 10+ years progressive field experience)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and specifications
- Experience with job costing, budgeting, and construction billing processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and project management software
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Self‑motivated with the ability to make decisions and take ownership
- Strategic thinker who can balance big‑picture goals with day‑to‑day execution
- Adaptable and solution‑oriented in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong leadership mindset with the ability to build relationships across teams
- High energy, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering results
$100,000 - $120,000 + bonus opportunity (commensurate with experience)
