  • You’ll oversee financial controls, including budget alignment, contingency tracking, change orders, invoice review, GMP audits, cash flow projections, and pay application validation.
  • You’ll support construction activities in the field, applying industry best practices for construction oversight, design review, and quality assurance.
  • You’ll drive project closeout activities by participating in closeout meetings, tracking issue resolution, reviewing as‑built documentation, and validating final deliverables.
  • You’ll maintain ongoing documentation and reporting, delivering weekly updates, managing shared trackers, providing written design feedback, and supporting version control and lessons learned.
