Position OverviewSeeking a Superintendent or Junior Superintendent to oversee field operations on renovation and MEP-intensive construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
This position is ideal for construction professionals who have experience with renovations, tenant improvements, facility upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and other MEP-focused projects.
While this client performs high-level technical construction work, the current project portfolio consists primarily of renovation projects up to approximately $50 million in value. Candidates coming from large-scale mission critical, healthcare, data center, or industrial projects are welcome to apply, but experience leading renovation and MEP-heavy projects is the primary focus.

- Project values typically range up to approximately $50 million.
- Oversee daily construction activities and field operations.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
- Manage project schedules and drive milestone completion.
- Lead project safety initiatives and maintain compliance standards.
- Coordinate installation and execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Conduct site walks and quality control inspections.
- Support project managers with planning, logistics, manpower forecasting, and project execution.
- Maintain strong client, subcontractor, and internal team relationships.
- Identify and proactively resolve field issues.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
- Experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or Junior Superintendent.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and coordination.
- Renovation, retrofit, modernization, or occupied-space construction experience.
- Experience managing commercial, healthcare, government, infrastructure, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain project schedules.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel for project assignments.

Candidates in these locations may initially work on projects close to home for approximately the first year. Following that period, they should be open to traveling to project sites nationwide as business needs require.
