Position Description
What You'll Do
Support and help lead safety efforts across multiple heavy civil projectsConduct site visits, audits, safety observations, and inspectionsPartner with project teams to identify and mitigate jobsite risksCoach field employees and leadership on safe work practicesAssist with incident investigations and corrective action plansHelp ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standardsDeliver and support safety training initiativesBuild strong relationships with crews, superintendents, and operations teamsPromote and reinforce a proactive, team-oriented safety culturePosition Requirements
What We're Looking For
Experience in heavy civil construction safetyAbility and willingness to travel frequently to active jobsitesStrong field presence and relationship-building skillsKnowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practicesAbility to work collaboratively with operations and field leadershipStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to travel to project sites as neededPreferred Qualifications
