Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships and communication flow with clients, design professionals, Straub personnel and specialty trade partners
• Contribute to project teams, working alongside both internal and external stakeholders
• Create and manage construction budgets including prime contract, subcontracts and change orders
• Effectively write scopes of work for subcontracts and manage submittal procurement ahead of project schedule
• Conduct OAC progress meetings at project sites throughout construction
• Prepare timely draw requests
• Offer input to project schedules based off experience and foresight
• Integrate shared personal experience with Straub's processes and culture

Skills:

• Ability to learn and demonstrate proficiency with Straub's cloud-based project management software (Procore)
• Demonstrate ability to solve problems and present solutions
• Self-starter and display ability to multitask at a high level

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in a Construction related field (Construction Management, Engineering, etc.)

Experience:

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience in commercial general contracting. Ideal candidates will have 7-10 years of total experience. Prior experience as a Superintendent is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Project and Outlook required
