Project Coordinator

Be the organizational engine behind successful commercial construction projects. As a Project Coordinator, you’ll keep projects, people, paperwork, and deadlines moving, while working closely with Project Managers, Estimators, vendors, and clients in a collaborative, close-knit team.

• Coordinate project documentation, RFIs, submittals, proposals, change orders, and close-out materials.
• Manage job setup, work orders, project files, purchase orders, and project status updates.
• Support billing, A/R, invoices, timecards, job costs, and cost-to-complete tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors, PMs, Estimators, and field teams to keep projects and deadlines on track.

• 5 Years experience
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, team-oriented approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; construction, project management, or accounting software experience is a plus.
• Preferred Electrical contractor;not required

Salary
: $60,000 - $75,000
