• Maintainsopenandaccuratecommunicationwithsupervisorsandteammembersunderyoursupervision
• Ensurestheirprojectteamsareawareofallnewprocessesandcompleteinstallationsaccordingly
• Interfaces with Pierson Wireless ’Customers
• Clocksinandoutforactivitiesthroughoutthedayin Pierson Wireless ’projectmanagementcloudsolution
• Monitors,reviews,andapprovesbothtimelogsandexpensesubmissionsof
  
  Market/Project Foremen and Field Techniciansunderyoursupervision
• Supervises Market/Project Foremen,Field Technicians,andcontractorstoensureinstallationsarecompletedinaccordancewithcustomer,manufacturer,andPierson Wireless standards
• Reviewsprojectinstallationsforaccuracyandefficiency
• Utilizes the Pierson Wireless ’projectmanagementcloudsolutiontodocumentjobupdates,requestsupportfromotherteams,andotherjob-related tasks
• Schedulesjobsandpersonnelforworkwithintheirmarket
• Maintainsdailycompletionofsafetyreviewwithonsiteinstallationpersonnel
• Completessitewalksandsurveyssiteconditions
• Coordinatesinstallationswiththe Customer
• Makesrecommendationstothe Administrationteamregardingboththehiringandterminationofemployees,basedonqualificationsand/orjobperformance.
• Ensurestheirworkforceperformsworktothelatestandcorrectstandards,setforthbyboth

• Providessupporttootherteammembers,asneeded
• Safelyoperatescompany-providedequipmentandvehiclesandfollowsalllocallaws,regulations,and ordinances
• Iscross-trainedtolendsupporttoother
  
  Pierson Wirelessstaffanddepartments
• Performsotherdutiesasrequired(i.e.,cleaning,moving,fabrication,etc.)
• Performsotherrelateddutiesasassignedbymanagement
• Directly supervises Market/Project Foremen,Field Technicians,and Contractoremployeeswithintheoperationsteam
• Carriesoutsupervisoryresponsibilitiesinaccordancewiththeorganization'spoliciesandapplicablelaws
