Senior Superintendent, Data Centre Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Superintendent to join our team specializing in Data Centre Project & Construction Management. • Oversee all aspects of data centre construction projects, from pre-construction planning to final delivery.
• Lead and manage on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve challenges and maintain project momentum.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues proactively.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent in large-scale construction projects, preferably in data centre or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
• Familiarity with data centre infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, and IT systems, is highly desirable.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision‑making abilities under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
