Location: Kansas City, MO (On‑site – Must work from the office)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $42,800 - $46,780 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Client Account Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction through effective communication and thorough account management. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Manage and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
  • Conduct regular check‑ins with clients to assess their needs and satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling our products and services.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management or client services role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
