Customer Service Representative

Chief of Staff KC is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative for a client of ours within the Kansas City Metropolitan area. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for customers while supporting inside sales and order management functions.

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, service needs, and warranty questions
• Manage inbound phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Assist walk-in customers with parts, product information, and order support
• Troubleshoot product issues and provide accurate guidance
• Receive, input, and acknowledge customer orders
• Help support clients and customers
• Review order acknowledgements & purchase orders to ensure accuracy
• Provide pricing, quotes, product information, and order updates
• Support inside sales initiatives and assist in meeting team goals
• Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and retention
• Support Client Services and internal departments to ensure seamless communication
• Attend team and departmental meetings
• Help improve processes related to service and order management

• Previous service coordination or customer service experience required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional, dependable, and organized
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
