Job Summary

Lend Nation is looking for an energetic, positive Full‑time Customer Service Representative to join our team at Branch 0586, located at 10151 Wornall Rd, Kansas City, MO 64114. This is a full‑time entry‑level position with great potential for the right person.

• Complete cash transactions for customers
• Initiate customer loans
• Contact customers about past‑due payments
• Work rotating shifts, including some Saturdays;
  Sundays off

• Excellent customer service skills
• Cash handling experience
• Computer and standard office equipment proficiency preferred
• Safe, secure, reliable transportation; valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Reliable attendance
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States
