Job Description

Emergency Dispatch Operator (EDO) – Our organization works with partner companies to source qualified talent for open roles. The hourly wage ranges from $14 to $16, depending on experience. Bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish and English are encouraged to apply and will receive additional compensation.

• Monitor and respond to alarms and signals while providing exceptional customer service.
• Make outgoing calls to verify alarms and signals, dispatch authorities, and notify responsible parties.
• Document alarm‑handling procedures and complete alarm processing as per standard operating procedures.

Participate in a comprehensive five‑week interactive training program designed to prepare you for the role and introduce you to exciting opportunities. During this training, you will develop the skills necessary to succeed.

• Must be 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to type between 20–25 words per minute.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications.
• Candidates must have the ability to work under pressure, demonstrate punctuality, and uphold strong work ethics.
• Must be willing to perform other duties as assigned.
• This position requires you to maintain the necessary licensing as part of the job requirements.

• Strong problem‑solving skills.
