Job Responsibilities

• Front Desk:
  Assist in handling guest check - in and check - out procedures, answer guest inquiries, and handle simple complaints.
• Concierge:
  Provide luggage storage and handling services for guests, arrange transportation, and introduce information about surrounding attractions.
• Guest services:
  Transfer calls promptly and accurately, and offer various information inquiry services to guests.
• Job Requirements
• Have a passion for the hotel industry, possess good service awareness and communication skills.
• Be able to adapt to a fast - paced work environment and have strong problem - solving abilities.
• Have basic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Previous hotel internship experience is a plus.
• The minimum internship duration is six months.
