• Provide a high‑energy, positive member experience and encourage members in achieving their fitness goals.
• Maintain a super clean, judgment‑free environment that members value.
• Find new and current members to join fitness classes with the trainer.
• Introduce new and existing members to Black Card amenities.
• Assist at the welcome desk: check in members, greet and say farewell, give tours, handle enrollment, and other club responsibilities.
• Lead, be passionate, love what you do, and invite members to do the same.
• Work a variable schedule; shifts may include any hours of operation, weekends, and holidays.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and exceed members’ expectations.

• Age 18 years or older (birthdate confirmation required).
• Passion for helping others.
• Ability to perform physical demands: communicating, standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, reaching, climbing, balancing, kneeling, and handling potentially hazardous chemicals.
• On‑time dependability—people count on you.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling at least 50 lbs.
• Standing, walking, sitting, reaching with hands and arms, bending, balancing, stooping, kneeling, twisting, or crouching as required.
