Exterity is seeking a Seasonal Snow Operations Coordinator to support our 24/7 centralized Service Operations Center during winter weather events. You will monitor incoming client requests, connect with service partners, and ensure time-sensitive issues are addressed quickly and consistently.
The position runs from November 1 through March 31 with shifts of 4.5–8 hours, including evenings, overnight hours, weekends and holidays.
