Pediatric Dentist – Supportive Team, Growth Potential, $10K Sign-On Bonus

We are a well-established, highly regarded private pediatric dental practice in Kansas City, MO, seek a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatric Dentist to join our team. Whether you’re a recent graduate or an experienced provider, you’ll be welcomed into a positive, collaborative environment with a strong community reputation and a loyal patient base.

• Daily guarantee of $1,200 or starting at 32% of adjusted production, whichever is higher, negotiable based on experience
• Flexible schedule: up to 4 days per week, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• $10,000 sign‑on bonus
• $2,500 annual CE allowance
• Paid medical malpractice insurance
• Paid state license, BNDD, and DEA
• Supportive team including 3 admin and 5 experienced dental assistants
• Medical insurance stipend

• Provide high-quality pediatric dental care (including crowns, extractions, restorations and treatment planning)
• Build strong relationships with patients and their families
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient operations and excellent patient experiences

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatric Dentist
• CPR certified
