The Role:As our Interior Architect, you’ll transform ideas into crystal-clear, beautifully executed visuals that drive our projects forward. The ideal candidate brings strong design instincts but, more importantly, knows how to turn conceptual thinking into clean, accurate, polished output—from renderings and diagrams to presentation graphics and full production packages.
As Our Interior Architect, You:- Turn concepts into accurate and polished visuals — renderings, diagrams, presentation graphics, and production docs.
- Understand design intent and translate it into work that is intentional and refined.
- Collaborate closely with designers, contributing visual ideas and exploring multiple directions with confidence.
- Work comfortably and efficiently in Revit, Enscape, Photoshop, InDesign, and other key tools. We’re open to new programs too!
- Maintain accuracy, organization, and attention to detail even with tight turnarounds.
- Ask thoughtful questions, communicate clearly, and keep production moving.
- Support the team with high-quality visuals at every stage of a project.
- Have a good design eye. You love design, the visualization and production work, and can take direction, understand design intent, and turn ideas into clean, polished visuals.
- Have 3–7 years of experience in professional interior design working on similar project types: sports + entertainment, mixed‑use, multi‑family, workplace and/or hospitality.
- Are NCIDQ certified or working toward certification.
- Know Revit, Enscape, Photoshop, and InDesign well, with interest in exploring other programs.
- Are a master of balancing workload with multiple projects
- Have a flexible working style, at times working independently and at other times in a highly collaborative team environment.
- Are reliable and positive.
