Senior Project Architect​/Project Manager

Convergence Design, a Schemmer Company, of Kansas City, MO is seeking an experienced, full-time Senior Architect / Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels at delivering high-quality architectural projects while also contributing to business development and client growth.

As a key member of our architectural team, you will lead the design and management of architectural projects from concept through construction while supporting the firm’s growth initiatives. You will manage project teams, schedules, and budgets to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions that meet client goals.

In this role, you will build strong client relationships, contribute to business development efforts, and help secure new work. Your leadership, organizational skills, and design expertise ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard of excellence.

• 7 + years of experience
• Registration required
• Ability to lead, coordinate and communicate with clients and project team members
• Proven success in working with a team to pursue new projects
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office required
• Experience in leading the multi-disciplinary teams to accomplish architectural construction documents
• Experience in design for a variety of buildings
• Knowledge of estimating & specification writing
