Architectural Project Manager

Job Summary

Our client is local to Kansas City, MO and is a full-service architecture and engineering firm providing innovative design solutions for the real world; specializing in the Aviation, Commercial, Education, Government, Healthcare, and Industrial markets. The Project Manager is responsible for exercising independent judgment in evaluating, selecting, and applying standard techniques.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture required.
• 8-12+ years of professional experience.
• Architectural license preferred.
• Client management experience required.
• Project leadership and management experience required.
• Revit knowledge beneficial.

• Meet directly with the client to analyze goals and conceive and develop architectural solutions to those goals.
• Plan the project budget, milestones, and schedule and track project performance accordingly.
• Initiate and create schematic designs and plans with responsibility for the preparation of drawings.
• Coordinate workload through design development and construction document phases to complete documents on schedule.
• Direct and coordinate with the engineering disciplines and third‑party equipment vendors, reviewing construction documents for area of conflict with all disciplines.

• Negotiable depending upon experience.
