Job Summary
Our client is local to Kansas City, MO and is a full-service architecture and engineering firm providing innovative design solutions for the real world; specializing in the Aviation, Commercial, Education, Government, Healthcare, and Industrial markets. Their growing firm offers an engaging and collaborative environment with the opportunity to work on impactful, gratifying, and projects of all sizes and types across the country.

The Project Manager is responsible for exercising independent judgment in evaluating, selecting, and applying standard techniques.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture required.
- 8-12+ years of professional experience.
- Architectural license preferred.
- Client management experience required.
- Project leadership and management experience required.
- Revit knowledge beneficial.
- Meet directly with the client to analyze goals and conceive and develop architectural solutions to those goals.
- Plan the project budget, milestones, and schedule and track project performance accordingly.
- Initiate and create schematic designs and plans with responsibility for the preparation of drawings.
- Coordinate workload through design development and construction document phases to complete documents on schedule.
- Direct and coordinate with the engineering disciplines and third‑party equipment vendors, reviewing construction documents for area of conflict with all disciplines.
- Negotiable depending upon experience.
