  • Inpatient Rehab: Shared call 1:4

• Inpatient Rehab Census: 18-20 patients per day

• Call Scope: Inpatient rehab facility only

• Board Certified or Board Eligible - PM&R

• Comfortable in inpatient rehab setting

Full-Time (W2):

• Guaranteed base salary:

  • Staff Physician: $180,000

  • Medical Director: $200,000

• Bonus Structure:

  • Once threshold met, 70% of billings

  • Average total compensation: $230,000 - $425,000+
