EVP OF DENTAL SERVICES

• The Executive Vice President (EVP) of Dental Services will be responsible for the overall direction and oversight of dental services across multiple locations within Swope Health and will ensure integrity, compliance, and growth across all dental programs.
• Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the EVP will oversee approximately 40+ direct reports and maintain operations within the Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) Residency Program, aligning it with local, state, and federal compliance regulations.
• Lead the overall improvement and expansion of dental services by bringing extensive strategic and operational experience to develop and analyze new expansion strategies for optimal growth.
• Provide at least 8 hours of hands‑on patient care weekly, including examinations, restorative procedures, extractions, and other treatments to inform projections for growth strategies, process improvement, and patient care plans.
• Analyze patient data and satisfaction surveys to enhance quality of care and patient experience, while reviewing practices, maintaining infection control standards, and overseeing equipment and safety protocols.
• Manage administrative and operational systems, including scheduling, inventory, insurance processing, and after‑hours emergency coverage.
• Oversee quality initiatives to ensure survey readiness for The Joint Commission, HRSA, and other accreditation bodies.

• DMD or DDS required.
• Graduation from an accredited school of dentistry required.
• Master’s degree in public health and/or a minimum of three years of public health experience required.
• Minimum three years of management experience within a healthcare setting required.
