Position Overview
We are seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician licensed in Missouri (MD or DO) to join our established, insurance‑free Direct Primary Care practice.
Responsibilities & Compensation- Grow and manage a personal patient panel of 800-900 patients over time.
- Provide exceptional, relationship‑based primary care in a positive, comfortable environment.
- Work full‑time (Monday‑Friday, 8:30‑4:00) with minimal evening and weekend call.
- Salary starts at $85,000 with potential to increase up to $255,000 as your panel grows.
- Full benefits include medical, dental, retirement, paid time off, and 401(k) matching.
- Work is in person, with a flexible full‑time or part‑time schedule based on panel development.
Ideal candidates are self‑motivated, organized, and committed to building strong patient relationships.
