Not Available Position Highlights Join a nationally recognized electrophysiology program within a large cardiovascular institute Clinic based in Lee†s Summit with procedural work performed across two regional hospitals Collaborate within a large multidisciplinary cardiovascular team including cardiothoracic surgery, structural imaging, advanced practice providers, and specialized EP staff High procedural volume within an established electrophysiology program Opportunity to participate in outcomes research and academic initiatives Optional participation in a clinical scholars program offering protected research time Clinical Scope Full spectrum of electrophysiology procedures including:
Atrial fibrillation ablation (pulsed field and radio frequency) Supra ventricular tachycardia ablation Premature ventricular contraction ablation Typical and atypical atrial flutter ablation Wolff-Parkinson-White ablation including cryoablation Ventricular tachycardia ablation including epicardial and ethanol techniques Advanced device therapies including:
Pacemakers and cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) Conduction system pacing Subcutaneous and extravascular implantable cardioverter defibrillators Phrenic nerve stimulation for central sleep apnea Cardiac contractility modulation for heart failure Participation in advanced structural and left atrial appendage occlusion programs
Program Highlights Established electrophysiology program with a collaborative team environment Multidisciplinary approach to complex atrial fibrillation care Early adoption of advanced technologies including pulsed field ablation Innovative virtual atrial fibrillation clinic supporting longitudinal patient care Established left atrial appendage occlusion program with high procedural volume Active cardiovascular outcomes research initiatives
