Join an established hospital-based ENT practice with a strong primary care and specialty referral network Busy rhinology practice with high demand for advanced sinonasal and skull base care Collaborate with two dedicated skull base neurosurgeons in a multidisciplinary program Broad support from specialists in facial plastics and reconstructive surgery, head and neck oncology with microvascular reconstruction, general otolaryngology, and oral and maxillofacial surgery Shared call schedule (non-trauma) Fully integrated Epic EMRClinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive management of sinonasal disease Perform advanced rhinologic procedures including endoscopic sinus surgery Manage anterior skull base disorders with ablative and reconstructive surgical techniques Participate in multidisciplinary skull base and oncology care teams Collaborate with neurosurgery and other specialists for complex skull base cases
Practice Environment Well-equipped office with flexible and rigid endoscopes Advanced endoscopy towers and in-office procedure capabilities Established referral network supporting strong procedural volume Multidisciplinary collaboration through a comprehensive neuroscience program
