Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kansas City, MO. The Tower Technician Instructor will be responsible for providing engaging, hands-on instruction to students, preparing them for careers in tower technology and related technical fields. Daily tasks include teaching and demonstrating the proper use of hand tools, explaining maintenance and repair procedures, troubleshooting networking systems, and integrating safety practices. The instructor will guide students in applying classroom knowledge to practical scenarios, ensuring they develop the skills needed for real-world success in the industry.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Hand Tools and the ability to demonstrate their proper use.
  • Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair of technical equipment.
  • Knowledge of Wireless Networking principles and applications in tower technology.
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively instruct and mentor students.
  • Relevant certifications or experience in tower climbing or related fields are preferred.
  • Proven ability to motivate and inspire students in hands-on learning environments.
  • Previous teaching or instructional experience is a plus.
