Contract Days: 10 Months (Academic School Year)
- Plan & Execute Challenging and Meaningful Instruction:
- Develop and adapt curriculum aligned to state and Common Core standards.
- Design and internalize assessments and analyze student learning data to refine planning decisions.
- Plan and internalize lessons to facilitate learning in a manner that students own significant cognitive lift of grade level content.
- Consistently operate with the belief that with high expectations and high support, all students are capable of mastering rigorous material.
- Take personal accountability for student results.
- Establish high expectations through clear directions and routines, intentional relationship building, clarity, and by being a “warm demander”.
- Hold students and self accountable through consistent utilization of restorative practices and a trauma‑informed approach.
- Collaborate with our student support team (Kairos) and families to support students through any personal, academic, and behavioral challenges.
