, supporting individuals as they participate in paid and volunteer work experiences throughout the summer.

This is a temporary, seasonal role designed specifically to support summer programming and does not extend beyond the program term.

What You'll Do

• Provide on-the-job coaching, instruction, and skill modeling
• Support individuals in community employment and volunteer placements
• Assist with attendance tracking and timekeeping procedures
• Implement individualized employment goals and activities
• Complete required documentation and progress notes
• Communicate updates and observations to the Employment Specialist
• Assist individuals with workplace routines and expectations
• Attend required trainings, meetings, and orientation sessions

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work independently and adapt in community settings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Person-centered, empathetic approach to support
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to complete required training prior to program start
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and universal precautions

Schedule & Employment Details

• Part-time, seasonal position during the Summer Work Program
• Hours vary by location and assignment
• Orientation and training required prior to program start
• Non-exempt, temporary role

Education & Experience

• Required: High school diploma or GED
• Preferred: One year of related experience
