Project Managers work closely with the senior team members to understand the client business model, articulate project objectives to team members and assist with ground‑level project execution. The Project Manager acts as liaison between the Client Engagement team and internal VML Health stakeholders to ensure project delivery. The Project Manager works with various members of the project team, including clients, to become the master of requirements, remain constantly aware of project status, and elevate risk to senior Delivery and Client Engagement team members.

• Responsible for ground‑level project execution
• Understand client business model
• Articulate project objectives to team members
• Deliver marketing tactics that exceed expectations
• Schedule and run meetings with internal team members
• Identify resourcing needs and work with Resource Management to secure team members
• Act as an internal liaison that reinforces client/project priorities, clarifies requirements, and solves for identified cross‑discipline gaps
• Support the team in driving internal and external communications (scheduling meetings, compiling/distributing notes, tracking action items, ensuring follow‑through on intermediate and milestone deliverables, etc.)
• Maintain project momentum and keep the project and team on track
• Catalog and maintain all project documentation and deliverables
• Become well‑versed in and clearly explain necessary project processes/workflows, including becoming experts in any client‑specific processes related to the legal/medical/regulatory reviews or similar
• Coordinate and/or author points of view as required by a project
