Learning Designer

Position: Learning Experience Designer
A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer - Mid-Level.

Key Responsibilities Design and develop creative learning solutions across multiple formats, including ILT, VILT, blended learning, and eLearning Partner with global stakeholders and SMEs to translate business requirements into scalable, learner-centered solutions Create design specifications, storyboards, scripts, and prototypes that align with learning objectives and outcomes

Required Qualifications BA/BS degree in instructional design, instructional technology, graphic design, education, or a related field Minimum 3+ years of experience in instructional design, instructional technology, and/or learning communications Expert-level skills with Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning theory Experience developing SCORM-compliant content and familiarity with LMS platforms
