Key Responsibilities Conduct professional college advisory sessions to assist prospective students in choosing degree programs Respond to student inquiries and maintain accurate enrollment documentation and student information Collaborate with various departments to support student financing, advising needs, and retention efforts
Required Qualifications Veteran/military experience preferred, with knowledge of military education programs Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in higher education admissions or recruiting is desired Prior call center, customer service, or sales experience is a plus Energetic and goal-oriented, with a strong interest in a fast-paced environment
