This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Diploma-qualified Educator ready to take ownership of a room, mentor colleagues, and drive excellence in curriculum and practice.

* Uniforms provided##  About the Role As a Lead Educator, you will take responsibility for the daily operations of your classroom and ensure the delivery of high-quality education and care in line with the EYLF, National Quality Standards (NQS), and Busy Bees policies.

You will:
* Lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of a stimulating, play-based curriculum
* Mentor and guide Educators within your room
* Foster strong partnerships with families and the local community
* Ensure compliance with National Regulations and centre policies
* Maintain accurate documentation and observations of children’s learning
* Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
* Drive continuous improvement within your classroom##  What We’re Looking For
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Working Towards (essential)
* Current QLD Blue Card
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
* Demonstrated experience leading a room in an early learning setting
* Strong understanding of EYLF and NQS
* Excellent communication and mentoring skills
