** Yerrabi Ponds by Busy Bees is seeking a passionate Diploma Educator to join our thriving, community-focused service in Gungahlin. This is your opportunity to step into a supportive team environment where quality education and meaningful relationships come first.### About the Role As a Diploma Educator, you will:
* Deliver high-quality, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
* Support the planning cycle, documentation, and observations
* Mentor and guide Certificate III educators within your room
* Build strong, respectful relationships with families and the local community
* Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous improvement

* Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (ACECQA approved)
* Current ACT Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) Registration
* Strong understanding of the National Quality Standards
