Do you dream of leading a summer camp at a private country club playground with large outdoor pools, state of the art pickleball and tennis courts rather than a typical 9–5? Are you passionate about building an energetic team, creating unforgettable experiences for kids, and owning your program from the ground up? We’re looking for a high‑energy leader who can run a top‑tier camp and show counselors how to get silly, stay engaged, and make every moment count. From dodgeball tournaments to talent shows to water balloon relays, this is your chance to build a camp culture kids will talk about all year.

• Summer (April–August): Full‑time M–F, leading camp operations, staff, and programming
• Off‑season (September–March): 15–40 hours/week focused on prepping, team development, and community outreach to drive camp usage
• Occasional weekends for promotional events and outreach opportunities

• Love leading children and building meaningful camp experiences
• Can confidently manage a team while still jumping into a game of tag
• Are equal parts coach, mentor, and hype‑person
• Thrive in a fast‑paced, playful environment and take pride in ownership
• Can create a culture where camp counselors feel empowered, silly, and professional

• 1+ year of experience working with kids (bonus points for summer camp or rec!)
• 1+ year of leadership or management experience
• A passion for youth programs and building strong teams
• Reliable transportation
• CPR & First Aid (or willing to get certified in 60 days)
• Must pass background check
• Positive, professional, and ready to bring the fun!
