- Lead engaging after‑school coding and robotics sessions for K–8 students, fostering a love for STEM.
- Develop and adapt lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring every student feels included.
- Encourage teamwork and problem‑solving skills by guiding students through collaborative projects.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to help students build confidence and resilience in their learning journey.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and motivated.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors to share best practices and continuously improve our teaching methods.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, offering updates on student progress and achievements regularly.
- Experience in teaching or tutoring K–8 students, with a focus on STEM subjects.
- Ability to develop and adapt lesson plans to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Proven track record of fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and fellow instructors.
- Ability to inspire teamwork and problem‑solving through collaborative projects.
- Experience in coding and robotics, with a passion for sharing this knowledge with young learners.
- Commitment to providing constructive feedback and support to build student confidence and resilience.
$21 - $26 per hour
