Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary offers a Pastoral Resident position in Kansas City, Missouri. This is a two-year paid residency aimed at developing young ministers through various pastoral work responsibilities, including teaching and ministry oversight.
Residents will have the opportunity to engage in congregational activities while receiving guidance and training from experienced pastors. Additional development through required reading, networking, and attendance at conferences is included, creating a comprehensive learning experience.
