Responsibilities include managing staff, engaging in project delivery, developing client relationships, and strategic planning.

* Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and improve technical competencies of geotechnical staff in deep foundation design and construction.
• Engage in project approach reviews for optimal team setup.
• Select, train, mentor, and manage geotechnical personnel.
• Promote geotechnical practice and establish industry partnerships.
• Contribute to HDR’s geotechnical standards and quality assurance processes.
• Participate in strategic planning and project management.
• Develop marketing strategies and represent HDR to clients.
• Collaborate with HDR geotechnical leadership to align strategies.
• Facilitate national training programs.

* Preferred Qualifications:

**

• PE registration in AL, FL, MS, SC, and TN within 6 months.
• Proficiency in deep foundation construction and claims mitigation.
• Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive geotechnical experience.
• Experience with geotechnical investigations, analysis, and software.
