We are looking for a full-time highly motivated and skilled Engineer - Product Development to join our innovative team. This role requires a strong foundation in Product Design and Product Engineering, with a focus on bringing new products to market. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of Mechanical Engineering principles, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), and Manufacturing Processes. They will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through Prototyping and into production, utilizing their Problem-Solving abilities and a commitment to Continuous Improvement Process.

This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong Communication and Teamwork skills, while also contributing to New Product Development initiatives.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Lead the design and development of new products, ensuring alignment with market needs and company strategy.

+ Utilize Solid Works (CAD) software for creating detailed designs, models, and drawings.

+ Oversee the Prototyping phase, iterating on designs based on testing and feedback.

+ Collaborate with the Manufacturing Processes team to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.

+ Apply Mechanical Engineering principles to solve complex design challenges.

+ Participate in Product Lifecycle Management activities, from concept to end-of-life.

+ Conduct thorough Troubleshooting (Problem Solving) to identify and resolve design and manufacturing issues.

+ Contribute to Research and development efforts to identify new technologies and materials.

+ Present design concepts and progress updates to stakeholders, utilizing strong Presentations skills.

+ Work closely with Operations and Sales teams to ensure successful product launches.

* Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.

+ Working knowledge of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, specifically Solid Works.

+ General knowledge of Manufacturing Processes.

+ Demonstrated ability in Product Design and Product Engineering.

+

Experience with Prototyping techniques.

+ Strong Problem Solving and analytical skills.

+ Excellent Communication and Teamwork abilities.

+ Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management principles.

+ Understanding of Continuous Improvement Process methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ 3-5 years of experience in product development.

+

Experience with Electrical Engineering principles.

+

Experience with Project Management methodologies.

+ Familiarity with Marketing principles.

+ Experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

+ Demonstrated Leadership potential.

Experience with Innovation processes.
